are drop-in classes available?
No, Continuum Dance Co. begins with an audition at the start of the season, followed by weekly rehearsals with the selected dancers to develop a piece for our end-of-season showcase. Drop-ins unfortunately aren't offered, however if you have missed the audition period, follow us on social media to find out when the next season's auditions will take place!
is dance experience needed?
Yes, Continuum Dance Co. is an organization for trained dancers with multiple years of experience and a strong understanding of basic dance technique.
What does tuition cover?
Monthly tuition payments cover our studio rental and contribute to the cost of our showcase performance space.
Is CHOREOgraphing a paid position?
No, Continuum Dance Co. choreographers volunteer their time and creative talent to create unique pieces for CDC. Choreographers are able to participate in their own piece free of charge and receive a discounted price on all CDC apparel.
How can I become a Continuum Dance Co. Choreographer?
Towards the end of the season, the Company Director will issue a Choreographer Application Form for the upcoming season. All interested choreographers must sign and submit the application form by the due date provided. Applicants will be notified one month prior to the season start if they have been selected to create a piece for Continuum Dance Co.
